The Walter Drion·tec® E-Peak D5150 double-edged exchangeable head drill (from Ø ≥ 9 mm) impresses with its productivity and short machining time. The highly stable clamping without clamping screws simplifies handling, increases accuracy and reduces the changeover time.

The Drion·tec® E-Peak D5150 requires no pilot drilling in all materials. This reduces both the stock and cycle time. Reinforced corners and a chamfer reduce wear; the optimised flute geometry with two twisted coolant holes improves chip evacuation – and therefore hole quality and process reliability.
